Claims Procedure & Claim Forms
As your Insurance Broker, we assist with the administration of your claim and we assure you at Choice Insurance Solutions we pride ourselves in ensuring a claim is settled fairly and promptly. Claims management is a Brokers Responsibility as well.
In the event of an accident which will or may give rise to a claim, an operating procedure must be adopted for the proper and prompt handling of the claim. There are a number of steps which must be taken immediately:
Step 1
Simply contact our office and advice the circumstances of your claim.
Step 2
Once this information is supplied, we will advice if a claim form is to be completed or if direct contact with your appropriate Insurer can be arranged.
Step 3
All of your claim documents are to be returned to our office (or as otherwise advised, directly to the Insurer for some classes of Insurance) with any receipts, quotations for repair, photographs, and all relevant information.
We will ensure your claim is administered professional and swiftly, whilst monitoring that your policy entitlements are adhered to.
Risk Management
We are able to offer a Risk Management service to all of our clients by way of risk improvement surveys, injury management reporting, claims assessment and regular claims reviews with our clients and the Insurers. These are the areas that will maintain your premiums at a lower level than by simply seeking alternative quotes each year and risking your sport’s reputation for not implementing a Risk Management program.
